ABOUT BUSINESS PARK MOSKOVSKY

Business Park Moskovsky is a new class B office centre in Voronezh, Russia. It is a 10-storeyed newly-renovated building located superbly in the centre, at the beginning of the main city road Moskovsky Prospect. Business Park has an excellent access by private and public transport as well as pedestrians.

Business Park Moskovsky (BPM) extensive renovation was completed in December 2008. Today BPM is a leading modern office centre in Voronezh. It features total space of 11700 square meters, 3 modern Otis lifts, spacious entrance hall and reception zone, cafeteria for tenants and visitors, coffee/snack areas, 24 hr access to the building, complete security facilities, full range of telecom services (provider Transtelecom) and more.

A big advantage of renting office in BPM is a vast parking area adjacent to the building. Parking supply is the biggest among city business centres. Until the fully automated car access is implemented in next few months the parking facilities are free to tenants and visitors.
